Lae Lay Suites offers three thoughtfully designed suite types across 36 rooms in Phuket — the Studio, the Junior Suite Pool Side, and the 1 Bedroom Suite. Every suite is apartment-style and self-catering, with a private balcony, a proper kitchenette complete with fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee maker, and genuinely generous floor space ranging from 36 to 55 square metres. Whether you're after a compact, well-priced base for a solo trip or couple's getaway, a spacious room with direct rooftop pool access, or a larger suite with a separate living room for a family or small group, there's a suite built for the way you actually want to stay in Phuket.  

All three suite types share the same elevated hillside position overlooking Kata Beach, with balcony views across Kata Bay and sunset skylines guests consistently describe as cinematic. Our rooftop pool and sun terrace sit above it all, and a complimentary shuttle runs to and from both Kata and Karon Beach throughout the day, so you're never more than a short, free ride from either shoreline — in either direction.
