Lovely Place to Stay
The room was light, spacious and cleaned every day. There was a fridge, kettle and hairdryer, and bottled water given daily. All staff, particularly the owners, were friendly and helpful. We were told they get a lot of return guests.

A Perfectly Peaceful Place
The ideal place to stay for those who want a clean, self-contained suite away from the over-priced corporate accommodation on the island. The building is well designed, there is a pool, concierge, and the owners are on hand 24/7. The balcony views across Kata are spectacular at sunset.

Service is what makes you want to come back here again and again. The owner will tell you how best to call a taxi, will meet you upon arrival at any time, and is a very friendly and helpful person. The view from the balcony was cinematic -- it was nice to end the evening with a drink there. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned every day.

A: Our complimentary shuttle runs to and from both Kata and Karon Beach, so there's no need to walk or pay for a taxi either way. If you'd rather walk, it's roughly a 15-20 minute stroll downhill to either beach, with restaurants, convenience stores, and massage shops along the route. A: We have an elevator in our main building providing direct lift access to our 1 Bedroom Suites. However, because our property is built along a hillside, stairs are required to reach certain areas. Studio Rooms are located just 1 to 2 short flights of stairs up, while our Junior Suite Pool Side requires only 1 flight of stairs. Reaching the rooftop pool terrace also involves a short set of stairs. If mobility is a concern, please mention it when booking so we can place you in the most accessible room available.
A: We offer both room-only and room-with-breakfast rate plans to suit your travel style. If you don't need breakfast every morning, we recommend booking the room-only plan—you can easily purchase breakfast on-site for whichever specific days you choose. A daily breakfast featuring hot dishes, fresh fruit, and hot drinks is served poolside every morning.
A: Our complimentary shuttle covers both Kata and Karon Beach, and Grab and Bolt both work reliably in this part of Phuket for everywhere else. Patong is about 20-25 minutes away and Phuket Airport is roughly 45 minutes.
A: Yes — the 1 Bedroom Suite sleeps up to maximum 3 adults plus a child across a separate bedroom and living room with a sofa bed, and every suite includes a kitchenette for preparing snacks or bottles. Let us know ages at booking and we'll suggest the best layout. If you are coming as a big group we recommend you book the one-bedroom suite.
